I believe in slow fashion and the beauty of the unexpected. While my earlier pieces were often my versions of existing designs, most of my work today is based on original ideas, often a "create as I go" flow.
Inspiration for my designs comes from nature and memories of the places I've lived — from the vibrant city life in Berlin and the colorful brazilian Carnival, to the mountains of Minas Gerais or the shifting sky in Iceland. And of course, a hint of the 80s "retro" aesthetics that makes everything more fun!
I also love working with leftovers or upcycled yarns, not only for a zero-waste approach but for the distinctive mix of colors and textures they provide. This process results in very unique combinations: each piece carries a story of its own.
